Glass rooflight (1050x1050mm)

The ‘Glass Rooflights’ are thermally broken and consist of a vertical, insulated, double skin aluminium upstand. The upstand has been black polyester powder coated and is complete with a pole operated wormgear ventilation system. The upstand is 175mm high to the underside of the ventilation lifting frame.
The glass unit comprises of a 6mm outer clear, toughened pane, a 16mm air gap and a 6.4mm laminated, LOW E, inner pane. The double skin unit is set at a minimum pitch to allow for drainage.
On the 600x1800mm and 900x1800mm options, they have a black polyester powder coated, false, central glazing bar to both the internal and external pane faces.
The Rooflights will achieve a thermal value of 1.8 Wm2/K.
A winding pole to open the ventilation system is provided within the price.
The upstand will need to be waterproofed on the roof using a proprietary flat roofing membrane.
