Flat Roof Glass Ridgelights
These high quality ridgelights are designed to provide the maximum efficient distribution of natural light, together with a variety of ventilation options.
- Building Regulation Part L compliant design to achieve low U-value targets.
- Non Fragile in accordance with British Regulations.
- Ventilation options for natural ventilation in accordance with Building Regulation Part F.
- Automatic opening vents (AOVs) for smoke ventilation.
Kerb
All Ridgelights are purpose made to suit variable overall kerb sizes, within a span range from 0.6m to 7m and of any length.*
These self supporting Ridgelights are available in Hip End or Gable End structures, designed to be installed to a weathered builders kerb.
Glazing
Alternative glass specifications on request: active self-cleaning, solar controlled, diffused and tinted. Non-standard glazing will affect price and delivery times.
Outer: 4mm thick clear toughened
Cavity: 16mm thick argon filled
Inner: 6.8mm thick clear Low 'E' laminated
Ventilation
Opening Bays (Manual or Electric - 24 or 230 volt) are available on request but will affect price and increase lead time.
Other info
- Polyester Powder Coated (PPC) and available in standard RAL colours.
- Bay centres normally 800mm.
- All designed to standard loadings:
- Wind - 640 N/m2
- Snow - 750 N/m2
*Sizes not listed below may increase delivery times.
Delivery: 2–3 weeks as standard.
Custom sizes, ventilation and glazing options may increase delivery times. Please call for an estimated delivery time if you require a non-standard ridgelight.
