Our NEW ‘Thermally Broken’ Flat Glass rooflights are the ideal choice for applications where the raised profiles of conventional modular rooflights are not practical or desirable.
The NEW ‘Thermally Broken’ Flat Glass Multi Section Electrical vented option with a silicone joint & T bar support is available in many bespoke sizes and from confirmed order would be 5 working weeks delivery. The glass we supply is either double glazed units comprising of a toughened glass outer, argon-filled cavity and a LOW-E laminated or HST toughened inner pane, as standard. The glazing elements are contained within a thermally broken, extruded aluminium frame, to current British and European standards: BS EN 12020-1:2001. Glazing frames are polyester powder coated to BS 6496 and BS EN 12206-1:2004. The extruded aluminium polyester powder coated frame is available in either: Anthracite Grey: RAL 7016, White: RAL 9010 or Black: RAL 9005. The product has a thermal value or U-value of 1.4 W/m2k & 1.1 W/m2k centre pane value which exceeds the requirement for Part L compliance and is tested to CWCT TN 66 & 67 Class 2 / ACR (M) 001:2005 and is classed as a ‘B’ Non Fragile rooflight. The roof light also has an AA Fire Rating. The Light Transmission is 78% & the rooflights weigh approximately 50kg’s per m2.
