Double skin: best for like-for-like replacement or commercial properties.
Triple skin: best for domestic properties to meet Part-L regulations.

The Retrofix flat roof domes offer a UV enhanced polycarbonate domed rooflight in either single, double, triple glazed options. These flat roof domes have a horizontal fixing flange of 100mm that enables the rooflight dome to be positioned over existing preformed and builders’ kerbs of varying dimension and varying width. See our maximum & minimum chart for confirmation of sizes each polycarbonate roof domes are capable of fitting to.
The Retrofix range are ideal roof domes for a quick ‘of the shelf’ retrofit solution. It is fit for purpose and allows you a quick, cost effective way to refresh old, damaged and discoloured rooflights. If you cant see what you want here, please contact our office for further advice and help.
Single skin: 5.3Wm2K ‘U’ value & is best for garages and car ports, not recommended for heated properties. These will not meet building regulations. Available in clear only.
Double skin: 2.9Wm2K ‘U’ value & isbest for like-for-like replacement or commercial properties.
Triple skin: 1.9Wm2K ‘U’ value & is best for domestic properties to meet Part-L regulations.
These Retrofix roof domes are supplied with either clear or obscure glazing. The obscure glazing is only on the inner skin for double & triple options. The single skin option is ONLY available in CLEAR.
All Retrofix products are supplied undrilled with security fixings & caps and tape too.
